Lettermail Shipping and Handling

Most hardware can fit in Lettermail sized boxes, which are 2cm (about 3/4") thick.  

What fits?
 - Only 1 meter cuts of zippers and webbing will fit, and up to a total of 3 individual cuts.
-  Products like magnetic snaps will fit, but I'll need to disassemble them into their individual components in order to fit.
-  The total weight of your order and the box cannot exceed 500 grams. 

How to know if your order fits?
-  Message me via the "Need Help?" button with the waving hand.  It should appear at the bottom of the window. 
-  Send me a screenshot of the items in your shopping cart.  I will respond during business hours (my reply will be sent to your email address that you used when starting the chat with me). 
-  I will weigh your order and if it fits, I will instruct you to add this product to your order, to cover the shipping, and I will give you a discount code to remove the regular shipping from your cart.  Please use that discount code.  If you don't use the code, and pay the regular shipping fee, having me refund it back to you costs me money.  My business loses money. Shopify and PayPal charge a Payment Processing Fee on the whole order, including the shipping portion.  When I refund you, they do not refund their fees to me.  

Please Note:
-  The price of lettermail shipping is fixed at $7.50. The skinny lettermail sized shipping box is fairly costly.  It also adds to overall weight, which adds to the postage required. Shipping via Lettermail also requires a fair amount of time in handling. I need to test to see if your order will fit, possibly repackage some of the products, Tetris the items into the box, and hand-write your address on the front of the box. 
-  Lettermail is at the Buyer's risk. Because Lettermail is not trackable, it is also not insurable. If it gets lost in transit, it will not be replaced, nor will your order be refunded. 
-  Lettermail shipping is a very time-intensive service, and it actually costs the business money.  The Payment Processing Fees on every order are both at a fixed amount, and a percentage of the order. The profit margin on small lettermail sized orders is eaten up by those fees.  I also try to respond as quickly as possible to your message requests, even if it's 11pm where I am in New Brunswick.  I offer the service because I want you to have a phenomenal shopping experience when buying from me, but please understand that it may not be sustainable to continue doing it, or offer it all of the time.
