As in a previous review Atelier provided excellent products and service. A couple of ladies in my sewing group were constructing red hand bags and required red zipper tape with red teeth and found what was required on the Atelier site. We received red zipper tape and zipper pulls in a timely manner with a personal note thanking us for our business. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Will certainly continue to purchase from Atelier again. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Excellent experience, staff is the best I have ever dealt with. My purchases were as described. Haven't used my waterproof oxford cloth and matching strapping but it is excellent quality and can hardly wait to make my tote bag.
