100% Cotton webbing in solid Dove white. My supplier calls it white, but it's more of a really soft light grey. Benjamin Moore Paints would probably call it Dove White, so that's what I'm going with.
Cotton webbing has a nice grippy texture to it. That makes it great for adjustable straps because it doesn't slide easily. That's potentially a draw back too... it will be harder to adjust the strap length! But if you're like me and you want to set it to the right size and never have to adjust it again, try a webbing with a bit of texture, like cotton! It's more pliable than seatbelt webbing, and may also be softer against the skin when wearing cross-body straps.

By the way, the reason I had to get this cotton webbing in white, is because I tried dying seatbelt nylon webbing with alcohol inks but the colour ran. It shouldn't with cotton! Please don't judge my artistic abilities solely on my dye job! I was kinda going for a rainbow leopard print. lol!

MATTE BLACK FINISH
In a nutshell, the black finish is a thin electroplated coating on top of a silver coloured base metal like zinc or aluminum. It's gorgeous, but it isn't perfect. Be aware that the matte finish is more prone to showing imperfections, and the coating in general can wear off over time. If you scratch it with something sharp, the silver underneath can become visible.
It's all soooo worth it though - you can have matte black make a statement, or take a back seat to your fabric and let it pop. Your choice!
ZIPPERS AND WEBBING
They are cut by the meter (not yard)- but a meter is 39.5". I like to round up to 40" when I measure and cut your order, so you get a little more than a meter each time!
