You know who this is! It's the mischievous cat from Alice in Wonderland. Well, it's his eyes, nose and grin, specifically.
I've had this design in my head for many months and even imagined it as a pouch, with the face nice and big on the front. Stacy from Cork and Copper brought it to life! Grab the pattern if you want to make a Hex bag with Cheshire's grin on it. Stacy named the pattern Hex because to hex is to cast a magic spell, like the Drink Me bottle and Eat Me cake in Alice's adventure in Wonderland, and Hex also means 6. The pattern comes in 3 different shapes and two different sizes, for 6 possible combinations. It's a quick sew, - I think you'll like it. Cork and Copper also has a cut file to make the face out of HTV, and also an embroidery file.

DID YOU KNOW?

MATTE BLACK FINISH

In a nutshell, the black finish is a thin electroplated coating on top of a silver coloured base metal like zinc or aluminum. It's gorgeous, but it isn't perfect. Be aware that the matte finish is more prone to showing imperfections, and the coating in general can wear off over time. If you scratch it with something sharp, the silver underneath can become visible.
It's all soooo worth it though - you can have matte black make a statement, or take a back seat to your fabric and let it pop. Your choice!

ZIPPERS AND WEBBING

They are cut by the meter (not yard)- but a meter is 39.5". I like to round up to 40" when I measure and cut your order, so you get a little more than a meter each time!
