A light brown colour with shine, so I named it Brass. It looks great with the natural cork that has gold flakes. You could pair it with bronze hardware. I'm sure it will dazzle any brown coloured textiles (dazzled, teehee, see what I did there? cuz the tape is sparkly?)
The zipper tape is 1 1/4″ wide. Made of silk!
You can't melt the ends like regular zipper tape (it's a natural fiber so it will burn), but you CAN snip along the sides of the zipper tape so it can go around a corner. It behaves exactly like regular zipper tape!

MATTE BLACK FINISH
In a nutshell, the black finish is a thin electroplated coating on top of a silver coloured base metal like zinc or aluminum. It's gorgeous, but it isn't perfect. Be aware that the matte finish is more prone to showing imperfections, and the coating in general can wear off over time. If you scratch it with something sharp, the silver underneath can become visible.
It's all soooo worth it though - you can have matte black make a statement, or take a back seat to your fabric and let it pop. Your choice!
ZIPPERS AND WEBBING
They are cut by the meter (not yard)- but a meter is 39.5". I like to round up to 40" when I measure and cut your order, so you get a little more than a meter each time!
